HOW FIT ARE YOU?

SESSION EVALUATIONS

1 MINUTE PRESS UP TEST
THE 1 MINUTE PRESS UP TEST WAS THE FIRST TEWST THAT I DONE. I FELT THAT THE TEST WENT QUITE WELL AS I GAVE AN EXAPMPLE AS TO WHAT PRESS UPS WILL BE COUNTED AND WHAT ONES WONT BE, THIS WAS VITAL IN KEEPING THE TEST FAIR. I ALSO MOTIVATED THEM WHEN DOING THE PRESS UPS SO THEY COULD PUSH THEMSELVES ALL THE WAY TO MAKE THEM GET THEM EXTRA COUPLE OF PRESS UPS. HOWEVER, I COULD HAVE ALSO SET THE PAIR A TARGET TO TRY AND BEAT TO MAKE THE TEST A LITTLE BIT MORE COMPPETATIVE, I COULD HAVE SET THE GOAL BY DOING THE TEST FIRST MYSELF SO I AM ALSO GETTING INVOLVED IN WHAT WAS GOING ON.

NINO: 55 PRESS UPS
SIRI: 50 PRESS UPS
IN THIS TEST I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH WHAT BOTH MY CLIENTS ACHIVED AND IN COMPARISON TO THE NORMATIVE DATA SIRI GOT A SCORE OF GOOD AND NINO GOT A SCORE OF EXCERLLANT.


12 MINUTE RUN
THE 12 MINUTE RN WAS PROBABLY ONE OF THE MOST DEMANDIN ON THE TWO CLIENTS AND MYSELF. THE TWO CLIENTS SAID TO ME THAT GETTING INVOLVED IN THE TEST MADE IT BETTER BECAUSE I COULD FEEL WHAT THEY WAS FEELING WHEN I WAS TRYING TO MOTIVATE THE TWO WHEN THEY WERE LOOKING TIRED AND NEEDED A PUSH. I ALLOWED THEM TO RUN AT A PACE THAT SUITED THEM BECAUSE IF IT WAS TOO FAST THEN THEY WOULDNT BE ABLE TO FINISH THE TEST SO I FELT THIS WOULD BE BETTER FOR THEM BOTH. THE TEST WAS ALSO SAFE AS I CHECKED THE TREDMILLS WE WERE WORKING ON TO MAKE SURE THERE WAS GOING TO BE NO PROBLEMS WITH THEM. THE TEST DEFINATLY COULD HAVE BEEN BETTER AS I COULD HAVE MADE THE TEST MORE DEMANDING FOR THEM TO PUSH THEM HARDER BY SETTING THEM TARGETS TO REACH ON CERTIAN PACES.

I FELT THAT THIS WASNT THE BEST GOAL THEY COULD HAVE ACHIEVED HOWEVER BOTH OF THEM GOT AN AVERAGE SCORE RLATING TO THE NOMNATIVE DATA SO FOR THIS I AM HAPPY.

3 HOP TEST
THIS TEST WAS A LITTLE BIT MORE DIFFICAULT THAN THE OTHER BECAUSE THE AREA I WAS TRYING TO FIND TO DO THIS TEST NEEDED TO BE COMPLETELY SAFE SO IF EITHER OF THE TWO FELL OVER THEY WOULDNT INJURE THEMSELVES. EVENTUALLY I FOUND A GOOD ENOUGH AREAFOR THE TEST TO BEGIN. THE GOOD POINTS IN THE TEST WERE THAT I SHOWED THE TWO A GOOD DEMONSTATION OF WHAT THEY NEEDED TO DO. HOWEVER, THIS TEST I SHOULD HAVE PUT SOME MORE ENTUSIASUM INTO IT TO MAKE THE TEST BETTER. I COULD HAVE ALSO DONE THE TEST MULTIPLE TIMES SO I WE COULD SEE IF THERE WERE ANY IMPROVEMENTS IN THE RESULTS. I ALSO COULD HAVE MOTIVATED THE TWO A LITTLE BIT MORE FOR THEM TO ACHIVE A BETTER SCORE.

SIRI 2.30 METERS
IN THIS TEST SIRI DONE REALLY WELL AND GOT A SCORE OF ABOUVE AVERAGE AND NINO GOT JUST BELOW AVERAGE BUT IM NOT TO U N HAPPY WITH THIS AS HE KNEW THAT HE WASNT GOING TO EXCELL IN THIS AREA.


CHEST PRESS TEST

THIS TEST WAS PRETTY GOOD BECAUSE I KNEW EXSACTLY WHAT TO
DO AND HOW TO EXPLAIN IT TO THE TWO CLIENTS. I THIN KTHAT I GAVE THEM A GOOD DEMONSTATION TO THEM TO SHOW THEM WHAT TO DO. I ALSO DID THE TEST WITH THWEM SO TOGETHER THEB THREE OF US WAS TRYING TO PRESS THE HARDEST WE COULD. I COULD HAVE MADE THE TEST BETTER BY DOINGDIFFERENT PRESSES ON DIFFERENT AREAS OF OUR BODY TO SEE WHAT WE EXCELLED IN. I COULD ALSO HAVE SET A GOAL FOR THE TWO TO TRY AND GET THEM TO GIVE THAT LITTLE EXTRA.

THEY BOTH DID REALLY WELL HERE AND BOTH GOT ABOUVE AVERAGE FOR THIS TEST.


CYCLE SPRINT

THE 40 METER CYCLE SPRINT WAS ANOTHER TEST I DONE. THIS WAS A DEMANDING TEST FOR THE TWO CLIENTS AS THEY NEEDED TO DO THIS TEST 3 TIMES. I GOT SOME GOOD FEEDBACK FORM THEM AS THEY SAID MY KNOWLAGDE OF THE TEST WAS GOOD AND I EXPLAINED THE TEST WELL TO THEM. I COULD HAVE MADE THE TEST BETTER BY GIVING THE TWO A TARGET TO MAKE THEM AIM FOR SOMETHING TO GIVE THEM A SENCE OF ACHIVEMENT BY THE END OF THE TEST MAKING THEM HAVING TO WORK FOR SOMETHING.

SIRI: 3.9
IN THIS TEST NINO GOT AN AVERAGE SCORE FOR THIS TEST WHICH IS GOOD FOR HIM CONSIDERING THIS ISNT A STRONG AREA FOR HIM. SIRI GOT ABOVE AVERAGE WHICH I FULLY EXPECTED FROM HIM.

SIT AND REACH

THE SIT AND REACH TEST WAS THE LAST TEST I HAD TO DO ON THE TWO. THIS TEST WAS PRETTY EASY AND THEY NEEDED DO THIS TEST 3 TIMES AGAIN. THE FEEDBACK I GOT WASN’T THE BEST BECAUSE I LACKED MUCH ENTHUSIASUM DURING THE TEST AS I DIDN’T THINK THEY NEEDED TO BE ENCOURAGED DURING THE TEST HOWEVER I WAS WRONG. I ALSO COULD HAVE DONE THE TEST MYSELF AND MAYBE MADE THE TEST MORE FUN FOR THE TWO CLIENTS THAN JUST HAVING THEM SIT AND REACH AS FAR AS THEY CAN.

BOTH OF MY TWO CLIENTS GOT ABOVE AVERAGE FOR THIS TEST AND I AM REALLY SUPRISED FROM NINO BECAUSE I KNOW THIS WASNT EXPECTED FROM HIM.

NINO’S STRENGTHS AND WEAKNESSES

NINO’S MAIN STRENGTHS WERE THE TEST THAT WERE DEAMANDING ON THE UPPER BODY BECAUSE HE IS QUITE A BUILT YOUNG MAN AND HES UPPER BODY IN STRONGER THEN HIS LOWER BODY.  THE ONE MINUTE PRESS UP TEST AND THE CHEST PRESS TEST WERE HIS BIGGEST STRENGTHS BECAUSE HE EXCELLED IN THEM TESTS MORE THAN THINGS LIKE SIT AND REACH AND THE THREE HOP TEST. I THINK THAT MAYBE HE SHOULD TRY AND IMPROVE HIS LOWER BODY STRENGTH TO EVEN UP HIS BODY AND THAT WILL ALLOW HIM TO DO BETTER IN THE TESTS THAT NEED HIM TO USE THE POWER IN THE LOWER BODY. HE CAN WORK ON THIS BY USING WEIGHTS OR JUST DO SOME CARDIO WORK LIKE RUNNING BECAUSE OVER TIME HIS LEG MUSCLES WILL INCREASE BECAUSE OF THIS AND THAT WILL HELP HIM ACHIEVE BETTER IN THE TESTS.
